  • Congrats. The semester is over and the grades are in. The average on the final was 114.16 or 57 % with one person scoring a perfect 200. Great job! You can check your final grade here .
  • I stuck with the syllabus defined formula for calculating the point totals and effectively curved the final so that anyone with above 42 % of the possible exam total passed.

"Carols" came from a Greek word for a dance accompanied by flute music. By the 1600's, carols involved singing mainly of Christmas songs or hymns.
