This assignment is due before 10 AM, Monday, May 2nd, 2011.


As we wrap up this semester and begin plans for next semester, we'd appreciate your thoughts about several aspects of the course.

In order to assure your anonymity, and still give you something back for spending time on this, we will use the following honor system:

  1. Fill out this survey and send it in.
  2. Send me a message via e-mail to say that you are done.
  3. I will give you 10 points.
If you allow a few hours to pass between steps 1 and 2, I won't be able to tell who you are by timing (not that I would try).
