This assignment includes "flash movies" covering concepts and/or problem-solving techniques. A few things about the web-based movies:
1. Two links are provided for each movie. Try the alternate link if the first link for each movie doesn't work on your computer. You might want to consider trying another browser (for example, Firefox instead of Internet Explorer) if you run into any problems viewing the movies.
2. Realize that because of the size of the files, it may not be feasible to view the movies from home if you have a dial-up connection. Consider coming to campus or going to a public library (fast connections) so that you can successfully utilize this "movie" technology.
3. If you don't hear the audio when the movie is playing, you will need to adjust the volume or deselect the "mute." If you are in a quiet area, you will need to use headphones to listen to the movies. The audio is an important part of the movies.
4. Use the sliding control and the pause and play buttons to replay and review the movie if you want to.
