Traveling Waves and Superposition -- Exercise Set 2

The same Java applet is being loaded as in Exercise Set 1. Two component waves and their superposition are shown. The boxes to the right of the applet allow you to enter values for various wave parameters.

Enter decimal numbers only. After typing a number in a box, click outside the box in order for the change to take effect.

Note that the wave speed is calculated automatically. You cannot directly enter a number into this box. It's important that you enter combinations of wavelength and frequency that give the same speed for each wave.
